About the Wellness Center

Valley’s Center for Health and Wellness is a 75,000 square foot fitness and medical complex located at 1400 MacArthur Boulevard in Mahwah.

The Center features Valley Health LifeStyles, a comprehensive fitness center featuring a six-lane lap pool, group exercise studios, a rock-climbing wall, gymnasium and state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Please click here for membership information.

LifeStyles is just the start of what's offered at the Center. The Center also features these additional services:

  • Valley Hospital Diagnostic Imaging

    • The Center's brand new, comprehensive diagnostic imaging suite is equipped with x-ray, MRI, CT Scan, ultrasound and mammography machines. The suite is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.  To learn more about these services,  please call 201-316-8452.   • Valley Hospital Laboratory Services

    • The highly skilled laboratory team offers a wide range of laboratory testing services including pre-admission testing, routine lab work and a variety of other specialized testing.  Laboratory Services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and walk-ins are welcome. Please call the lab at 201-316-8452 to schedule an appointment for specialized testing, as well as to confirm whether your insurance plan is accepted. 

  • Valley Health Retail Pharmacy

    • The pharmacy is a full-service retail establishment, accepting prescriptions from the public, employees, and all who frequent LifeStyles or the many other services now offered at the Center for Health and Wellness. 

    • The pharmacy features health-related merchandise, such walkers and canes, and supplies for members of LifeStyles such as swim caps and other accessories. Seasonal gift items will be offered. Over time, immunizations and community health programs will be offered to the public.

    • The pharmacy is located on the first floor. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays. ​The pharmacy staff can be reached at 201-316-8444.

  • Valley Hospital Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation

    • Physical therapy services are offered from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call 201-447-8134 for more information or to make an appointment.

  • Community Health Programs

  • SuperJuice Nation

    • SuperJuice Nation is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.​ and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
