4, 3, 2, 1

Chrissy Flatt: Valley Health LifeStyles Group Fitness Instructor

This high energy class is a form of interval training and will focus on 4 minutes of cardio, 3 minutes of strength exercises, 2 minutes of core, and 1 minute of rest. Multiple rounds of this format will be introduced using a variety of different exercises targeting all major muscle groups and blasting calories by keeping your heart rate up!

Interval Training

Interval training consists of bursts of high-intensity training with periods of lighter activity or rest to recover. This high energy workout combines alternating between cardiovascular and strength training exercises using light weights, props you have at home, and/or body weight.

Tabata Challenge
