Facility Upgrades and Renovations
As of Tuesday, September 9, the LifeStyles lap swimming pool and the warm water recreation pool were re-opened without reservations. Beginning Thursday, September 11, lap swimming reservations using the Mywellness App will be available along with the return of our Aqua Exercise Classes. The warm water recreation pool remains open with no reservations required.
The hot tub/whirlpool currently remains closed until further notice as the final casting work on the top and inside is received and installed, which is anticipated to be by the end of this week. Final whirlpool inspection by the DOH will be necessary before a definitive re-opening date can be established.
The men’s and women’s locker rooms and showers have all been re-opened and are fully functional. The all new sauna in the locker rooms has been completely renovated and is fully functional as of Wednesday, September 10. The steam rooms also remain open and functional.
The Family Locker rooms remain closed as the final phase of the renovations are underway and should be completed soon.
We anticipate minor disruptions to some services and amenities and possible temporary closures of areas where minor “punch list” repairs may be needed. We will communicate via email if any further closures occur. Welcome back to the improved Valley Health LifeStyles fitness center.
