Valley Health LifeStyles to Reopen!

Governor Murphy announced that health and fitness clubs can reopen soon at 25% capacity and we are pleased to announce that Valley Health LifeStyles will be reopening on Monday, September 14th!

LifeStyles has been preparing for this moment for the past few months and our management team and staff have been hard at work utilizing the input from the CDC, our Infection Control experts at The Valley Hospital, along with the expertise and feedback of the Medical Fitness Association in order to identify strategies and opportunities to enhance your experience while prioritizing the safety of our members and staff. Once we have the final set of rules and regulations from Governor Murphy, we will provide you with additional information as to the new processes, safety procedures, and member expectations for LifeStyles 2.0!
