Corporate Membership Levels

Gold Corporate Membership

• All employee enrollment fees and monthly dues are covered under the annual corporate fee

• All employees are eligible to become full, active members.

• Your company must have a minimum of 12 employees to be eligible.

Silver Corporate Membership

• Employees receive 50% off one-time enrollment fee. (Employees sign one-year membership agreements with LifeStyles.)

• No minimum number of employees required.

• Corporations pay an annual membership fee based on company size.

 

Bronze Corporate Membership

• Employees receive 30% off one-time enrollment fee. (Employees sign one-year membership agreements with LifeStyles.)

• Company is required to have 10 employees join within 30 days and continued eligibility is reviewed on an annual basis.

• No annual fee required.

 

Exclusive Benefits for Gold and Silver Members

• Use of all LifeStyles equipment and programs during fitness center hours.

• Annual Biometric Screenings for blood pressure and body composition.

• Quarterly health education lectures led by registered dietitians and exercise specialists.
